Had an experience with the 2 years ago after insurance claim. They came in did the roof in great time made everything look nice and dandy. 2 years later I found an error they did.. I was a little upset but called them up to see if they would correct it.
Sure enough a guy was out here within 1hour fixing it for free. Well free as I already paid to have it done and it wasn't .. so it should of been free anyway but they made it right almost instantly.
This is exchange in abundance when you handle your company this way. I can see why it has so many positive reviews. Here's another one for ya.
Hat's off to Code Engineered Systems and their Estimator Mike Fisher who made our roof installation seamless from the beginning to the end.
After beginning with a very acceptable pricing proposal, Mike left us with several shingle sample panels and colored drip edge flashings so that we could spend the time to select what we thought would look the best on our home. Mike then drove us by several homes with the shingle type we selected so we could verify that was the right shingle for us. We were looking to replace the roof on our house. After receiving multiple quotes, we proceeded with Code Engineered Systems. Mike Fisher came to our house and took his time going over the entire process, cost, and next steps. The crew was at our house the same week after we accepted the quote and the work was done in 1 day!!! The crew was very professional; from the guy the who dropped off and picked up the dump trailer to the installers. ALL were amazing. And the final result: WOW!!!
