These folks know their job, understand customer service and give good quality work which is a value albeit expensive. First, they come fast for an estimate. Yes they call you back when others didn’t. The contract is easy to understand. Unlike other contractors, the manager (Christina) knows what’s going on and keeps you in the loop. Excellent communication. No surprises. Our estimate went about 5k over estimate but that was expected either all the wood they had to replace. They arranged for a wind mitigation specialist to come afterwards to do a report so one can submit it to your insurance company for a decrease in premium.
