Purchased the Brazilian blowout hair products after getting a Brazilian keratin treatment. The products they sell here are 100% not authentic. I could immediately tell the shampoo and conditioner had a different smell and texture when I used them in my hair. I would rather spend $20 extra to by the real stuff! No wonder why this store is “temporarily closed”.

Apparently it’s impossible to find a competent person working in a hair salon. Called, made an appointment, drove all the way there to be told when I walked in that he (stylist) didn’t have any availability. When I told her that I made an appointment she said she’d made it by mistake and that I could come back tomorrow. No, In fact, I can’t, because like most people on a Monday, I work. I asked why she didn’t call me before I drove all the way over here, and despite having given my phone number twice, she had the wrong number.

This is the only place where I can get specific brands of hair products. My stylist Wayne at Westshore mall gives me the perfect cut and color every time. He is very busy but he accepts walk-ins as well. They are the best combination for my needs.
