Beauty By Amelia Rose is pleased to offer our permanent makeup solutions to the Tampa Bay community. We offer permanent makeup such as microblading, microblading retouching, shading/powder brows, powder brows retouching/colorboost. Microblading is a manual method where a hand tool is used to make single hair strokes throughout the brow. This results is fuller and more lush looking natural brows. Powder Brows is done using a machine where soft layers of pigment are laid onto the skin to create a softly filled in powdery brow. We also do in studio and on-location hair and makeup services for weddings, boudoir, photoshoots, and special events. We serve Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Safety Harbor, Pinellas Park, Largo, etc.
