We were at Urgent care as my husband was having severe coughing episodes. We waited to see someone for 2 hours and were there for another hour. Finally saw the doctor but waited again to get results and talk to the doctor. This is called Urgent care??
They ask for all your private information but can not provide a security form saying they are not going to use your information for anything else other then checking you in. Now and days it is easy to get your information and be used for illegal use so how is it that they can secure your information especially when the company you work for are paying so in reality your social, birthday, address and full name all is not needed. A hospital in which you are a sister of a company you have the choice to give your birth date or social full or last 4. So im not happy giving all my information, I'm sure they don't do a background check on the employees that input... read full review
The whole staff was so kind and help me get in to a wheel chair and showed so much compassion I went in for a fall I took and found out that I had broken my left side fema bone and they help me get arrangments to go in to the hospital I would give the whole team that was on duty that day a SUPER BIG 10 + RATING
