I had to write a review the second I got home honestly. They have THE BEST STAFF and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only shop that was really busy since it was Friday the 13th and was still able to take the time to answer phone calls to answer questions. I got my nipples pierced and I never felt more comfortable in my life. Takes her time to make sure everything goes as swiftly as possible for you. She will talk you through every single step of the way of everything she is doing and reassures you. John is an awesome artist and very dedicated to his craft, I had a tattoo and two piercings done and I am more than satisfied with the price, and the service. I'm not a local but if I'm ever back in tampa, I'm definitely getting more ink from john!

Awesome staff and service! Had the pleasure of getting pierced by Kim- she was friendly, professional, and definitely went above and beyond for me (and my friends who got dragged along with me lol). Great experience!
