A complete nightmare to deal with!! Took $22,000 from my elderly parents in Sarasota FL. and gave them a warranty for their work that wasn't worth the paper it was written on if they won't show up , won't return phone calls for MONTHS. We contacted them for the first time about a leak in September of 2018 and as of the last week of December 2018, we still have the leak and they either don't show up or won't return your calls.......Don't hire this company unless you have a good lawyer on retainer.
