Just wanted to take a minute to recognize the hard work of James Garner a electrician with bates. This man is amazing at his job! He was my lead electrician and carried that project! Knows his stuff, reliable and dependable. I would highly recommend this man on any project! And will definitely request him again when working with Bates.

I turned to Bates because they specialize in residential EV charging station solutions and installation. Bates represents they are available 24/7 and that's just what I was looking for as a brand new first time EV owner. Sure enough after the installation I ran into an issue with the software of the charging station. I reached out to Bates and they took all the necessary steps to insure the issue I was dealing with would be resolved quickly. They took the issue I was dealing with seriously and most important took action in a very quick time frame to insure my issue was resolved... and it was before the end of the day.
