I would like to say Vidal ( i thought he said fidal.. but the office said ) was fantastic.Situation. My appartment complex failed to inform of any hvac cleaning. So when my cameras picked up a unknown man in my appartment.. well I was not nice at first at all... He handled the situation perfectly. He was extremely professional. Extremely rare that I reach out to a company to praise. Well I did for him. He covered his shoes with booties cleaned even the light switch he touched.. The booty shoe covers are a Huge positive for me as in my culture no shoes are worn inside the home.....If my complex does this poop again.
