I had an appt for 10am. I showed up at about 9:45. The shop was closed. Mind you the sign on the door says they open at 9:30 but I wasn't tripping because my appt wasn't until 10. 10 come around, no show. 10:15 come around, no show. 10:30 come around, now show. So I called. I go "hey I'm here.", the person replies "okay we're on the way." No hey, I'm running a little late, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I waited till 11 then I left. I received a call at 11:18 saying "Hey we're here.' I told her I left and that was it. This place was okay because , awa took like 2 hours to get to the salon she wasn't sociable but I assumed it's cause she's a introvert other than that she did a amazing job ! Had to pay a bit more too because my original price was 180 she said My hair too long . So I paid 220 for a micro braided bob and honestly she slayed period pooh ! ?

I’ve only had my knotless braids in for three weeks done by Fatu and they look like I’ve had them in for 2 months. Parts are not straight, and some of the braids are lumpy. Never again. It was a rushed service. Everybody cannot do knotless. I’ll just stick to the black owned businesses for my braids.Service: Hair extensions
