Frank is a meticulous surgeon with scissors. He is by far the best barber in Tampa, and probably the entire state. If you are able to secure an appointment with Frank you are in for a treat, and it is well worth the price. You need his business, he does not need yours. Cheers

Let me start off by saying this is not your ordinary barber shop, frank handles your hair with percision as if he was a sergeant, he's by far the best barber in town hands down. Not to mention he's a funny guy that will keep you cracking up then at the split of a second drop some real knowledge. If your looking for the old school feel of exclusivity and elegance this place is for you. The only problem is after you come here you will be disappointed anytime you get a haircut somewhere else !
