I started here a few weeks ago and LOVE it. I love how it is strength based and super clean and organized. The coaches are great and have really helped on my form and mobility. Everyone is super friendly and supportive and really keeps you motivated. I would highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews but was disgusted to see the obvious fake reviews trying to sabotage ASPI. People wrote about a trainer who didn’t even work there or said ASPI pays for reviews!?! I drive 45 mins from Pasco County to let my son train there and I knew this was the real deal five minutes after being shown around. Dex/Mr MVP and Coach Yo have done more for my son in two months than the rest of his trainers the past two years. And he gets to train alongside college and pro athletes. There is no comparison to this facility or the amazing trainers who work there. Anybody who walks in the door will see that those bogus reviews were obviously not legit and this place doesn’t need to pay anybody to talk them up!

I've been going to this gym for 6 months. I had back surgery 3 years ago and have dealt with chronic pain from day and 1. Only now am I finally seeing some improvement. I was initially a little intimidated to go since I thought they primarily catered to professional athletes. After paying a visit and doing a tour with Nick I realized they have programs for every level. There are group classes, one on one, physical therapy, nutrition and everything in between right on site. If you're in the market for a new gym I highly recommend you at least check them out. You'd be very surprised at the services for the money. I could have never achieved the results I've had with out the help of coach Morgan, Julie, and Andres. I'm just a normal guy that works on computers but at ASPI I get access to the same trainers and programs that NFL and MLB guys get. Call and ask for Nick today.
