Alright, there are good service companies, then there are great service companies. Air Control Services is a great one. We had a tricky issue with our AC that wasn’t a typical issue. After several attempts by others, James came out and took the time to listen to what was going on. He had me explain it again once we were in front of the condenser, and within a couple of minutes he had it figured out. James is great and what he does….taking the time to go through the situation. Air Control is amazing at what they do, as they are very responsive and take care of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been using Air Control Services for about 3-4 yrs. They have serviced my business & home units. The service men are the best. James & Dwayne are my go to guys. They are great at explaining the issues, what services have been performed, and how to prevent any issues.The guys are always courteous, and forthright.They always come out in a timely manner. IF for some reason they can't, they are great at keeping communication open.
