Receptionists are very rude, the physicians rush to get you out of there and you feel like you could've gotten better medical advice somewhere else , told them about a sore throat as a secondary issue and wouldn't even suggest something over the counter for me to take , I'll never go back there stay away.
Terrible service. I waited almost a month to see a dr and when I went in they were pushing the mask. Sorry I don’t partake in political theater I’m not wearing it. But it’s our company policy!! Well I don’t work for you I’m the one paying. I’m going to have to ask you to leave if you don’t wear a mask the manufacture don’t even acknowledge working for the Covid? Have a nice day. Moral of the story. Take your business to a company who still believes in American freedoms. Advent won’t be getting any of my hard earned money!! Period
Ordered the wrong scans for my issue, referred me to a specialist that didn’t take my insurance and I didn’t know until after waiting months for my appointment, and now After finally seeing a specialist I have to get the scans I should have gotten in the beginning and wait even longer to get the help I need. Patel at the Brandon office should really be evaluated.
