We had our area rugs picked up and delivered after it was done cleaning at their facility. Very attentive and proactively sent us video progress throughout the cleaning. They also moved the furniture to get to the rugs and put it back in its place. Thank you!
Awesome job 3D! Superior service! This is the second time I've used 3D. I scheduled with Rob and was sent the normal set of reminders. He reached out the night before to confirm. The technician arrived on time and was super professional. We walked the house and he noted everything I needed done. 3 hours later I had fresh, clean carpets and clean laminate. During the process, the tech showed me the dump tank. It was very dirty water from the carpets. The carpets were dry within 4-6 hours (used several fans). I highly recommend 3D, Robert and my awesome tech whose name escapes me. See you next time!
We had some renters move out who just TRASHed the place and they made it look good as new! So helpful, came on time, reasonable price, very friendly! So very thankful for their expertise!
