The dental procedures that I received from Woodmont Dental was marvelous . Dentist and her assistant made the experience, gentle and complete. I certainly Felt that I was in the hands of true professionals. I would strongly recommend to all my friends and relatives to check out Woodmont dentistry. Keep up the good work Woodmont dentistry. This was my 1st visit.Pros: tech who did my cleaning was very nice and the cleaning was as expected .Staff is friendly.CONS: When I gave them my insurance info to the receptionist she appeared clueless on my coverage. I have never paid for a cleaning I have 3 cleanings a year from BCBS and 3 from MetLife.I get billed $224 to my home for a cleaning and as expected when I called my insurance they never submitted the request.I have called several times over the last couple days and no answer.Will give them another chance to rectify these issues and will update my review in the future but for now its a bad 1st impression.Update- apparently they read my post and stated that...read full review
