“I was referred to her by my regular vet because my dog had a slap fracture and another tooth was missing. I met dr Mcmorran I must say she's extremely personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was very sweet with my dog and made me feel very at ease with the procedure that she would need. I also met Ivana and she was very friendly and kind.“

“Dr. Sands is a fantastic vet! I have two senior pets where he puts their well being first. He’s not one to push vaccines that are not necessary on senior pets, which I greatly appreciate. I also use the kennel services for my Great Dane. I receive daily updates with pictures.“

“I want to say Dr. Rogers was great with our dog Chloe. He was very kind and gave us antibiotics, but even more importantly HOPE. Our dog was feeling better, and after a week we came in for a follow up. Him and his staff gave us great words of encouragement and advice on what we should do. “I haven't actually been to this practice but Dr Lera at Heron Lakes Animal came up on a google search for doctors that do stem cell therapy on dogs. I called the office and made an appointment for a consultation about my old 5 lb yorkie with a heart condition that had torn her acl. She isn't really a good candidate for surgery with anesthesia and being a stem cell patient myself thought this might work for my dog as well. Dr Lera called me himself that evening to explain how stem cell on dogs works and also the cost involved which he agrees is outrageous!! He was kind and understanding and very informative. I appreciated that he was caring and courteous enough to call me that same evening. If circumstances were different, I might have proceeded with the appointment. But he took his time after hours to save me my time and energy to bring my dog in. I would recommend giving this doctor a try.“

Thank you Dr. Silverio for making the personal phone calls and always being available to care for our dogs (Sassy and Penny) You and your staff are truly amazing. I had Penny on a care plan at Banfield and I feel certain their vets get paid bonuses on how much they can bill. Banfield suggested anesthesia/surgery for thousands to remove Penny's TINY growth, where Dr. Silverio addressed it and removed the same day locally. We also had it tested to be sure it wasn't cancer. I think this review is my first ever on Google!“

When the cat needed surgery Dr Kline was really kind, realistic and did an outstanding job. I am moving and I will be so sad to not have Dr Kline as our vet. I already drive about an hour to see her, but a plan ride may be too far of a commute. But I can't say I haven't considered it...Anyway can't say enough good things- I highly recommend“
