I called Andrew to replace two water heaters in my house. He was quick to respond and the job was taken care of easily and efficiently at a very fair price.
If you need a plumber don’t hesitate to use him and his company.
First off, when you call Andrew at Special Ops, he actually answers the phone, thus allowing a conversation to address the situation and finding out he’ll be there as soon as he can!
Upon arrival, he’s very respectful of your property, and can now look firsthand at the problem, and rest assured he’s not going to add any unnecessary plumbing or accessories, but rather get the job fixed correctly, check and re-check it’s in perfect order, and all at a price very reasonable!
I highly recommend Andrew for any and all your plumbing needs, and so glad I found him, as he’s now ‘my’ plumber! (plus, he’s a helluva nice guy! ?
Andrew answered our call and came the same day to fix our problem. He was very respectful of our home, friendly and efficient . We would definitely call the company again if needed and recommend him to anyone needing a plumber??
