Our original Contractor installed an undersized gate motor that would trip its electrical breakers everytime we had a heavy rain. After getting stuck outside our property in the rain for the 2nd time, I called Door Master. This was a holiday weekend but the Owner texted right back. We discussed my issue and he diagnosed the problem.The following business day he brought out the correct sized gate motor and installed it. He also worked with My home automation company to integrate the motor into our system.Door Master saved the day and we thank them for their service!Everything works perfectly and we have not been stranded outside our gate once.
Sam and his company are fantastic! We invested in a solar gate and needed to move the panel around and Sam was always available to help us do this. He helped us get a great price for the gate and is always available if we ever run into any small troubleshooting issues! Highly recommend this company.
