The initial purchase interaction was prompt and professional, Communication was excellent and the order arrived in just a few days. As sometimes happens, there was an issue requiring a customer service interaction. It quickly became clear the items in the order were unsuited to my intended purpose. Once this determination was made they quickly issued a RMA. The day after my return was complete they issued a full refund.
I am a little sad Flytec could not be a source for my project. Given the ease of interaction they would make an excellent partner. I am keeping them on my short list for future opportunities.

The staff was very professional and helpful. They changed a computer battery and even updated the system for me. I would highly recommend them if you're having computer problems!
