Dereck and Mona are solid folks who clearly have a great business… I called from Orlando not realizing they were far from me. Mona called me up and was absolutely amazing on the phone answering all my questions and giving me great advice. Talk about customer service even though she knew they could not service my project. Then Dereck called me up and gave me referrals in my area to get my project done. This level of service and done with integrity even though they can’t do my project says all you need to know about them. This is my second time working with Dereck. As always, he did great work! He was timely, friendly, and professional. Mona is such an asset to this company! Super friendly and helpful.
