For such a high price I got a decent manicure, a haircut the delist wanted me to have (not what I wanted) and terrible leg wax. If possible I was hairier then when I started. Definitely not worth it!

I came from out of town for a weekend with my best friend. We were to start off our day with relaxing massages here. That didn't happen because apparently if you have two customers with the same first name, they can't figure it out. So the "other" Christine was booked but I was not. When I spoke to the woman at the front, who is apparently the manager, she gave me a list of how her day wasn't going well and then ended with "I apologize, I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do for you". I walked in today to see about a spa day for my wife and I. We wanted pedicures, couples massage, and haircuts. When I asked the short haired older brunette at the front desk about appointments, I could barely get my pedicure question in before she scowled at me and said "TODAY?!". I replied yes and she sneered again and said there were no appointments available. She was incredibly unprofessional, nasty, rude and has no business working the front desk if she doesn't like customers asking about appointment availability.
