TLC Painting completed pressure washing, wood rot repair, and exterior painting on our 1930s Midtown home. Smiley and his team did incredible work -- they went above and beyond each and every step of the way. Smiley's attention to detail and expertise was unlike that of any other contractor I've worked with. He and his team handled every step of the job with precision, confidence, and care. Our 88 year old home looks brand new! Neighbors are stopping to comment!! And I'm resting easy knowing that our home not only has increased curb appeal but also will withstand the elements for another 88 years. TLC Painting & Smiley are AMAZING! He not only did a great job in painting the walls of a house that hadn't been touched in 30+ years so it looks like new in a very short time, he also was a good sport in working around all the other subcontractors at the same time! HIs professionalism and good nature is a fantastic combination resulting in an incredibly pleasant experience when it could have been a nightmare. HIRE HIM - you won't regret it!
