Our Sub Zero freezer was not working and Paul is the only licensed repair person for Sub zero in Tallahassee. We left a message, as it was not an emergency, and he called back the next morning and came to us within 30 minutes. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and explained what he was doing and why and gave us some tips about our fridge and he answered our other questions, even about our viking oven and stove, which he is also licensed for. World's best without exaggeration. Paul made life so much easier while this world is busy resetting itself. He repaired our 30 year old stove/oven! We have a Thermador fridge that stopped working. Mays Munroe service said the part was discontinued and we may want to consider a new fridge. Called Shields. Paul determined there was a problem with the relay. He had the $45 part in his truck. One super happy customer! Very highly recommend Shields!
