My washer tub broke while in use and I experienced a water leak in which I could not handle by myself. I was so distraught about the situation, and after searching for a water restoration service to take care of the issue, I contacted ServiceMaster. Shawn Wood was an amazing contractor to work with. We had to re-build our kitchen due to a pipe leak and Shawn was extremely helpful. He knows how to work well with insurance companies and this was crucial. He was always cheerful and happy to help no matter what monkey wrenches our home (or, we) threw his way. Shawn always responded promptly to our many emails, texts, and calls. If you your home suffers from water damage, I highly recommend Shawn and Bone Dry to help get your life back in order.
We had a severe house fire. I called a respectable restoration company to come over and do a evaluation. The company rep used big words and immediately talked about financing and out of pocket fees. The rep gave me a bad vibe. I called ServiceMaster by Bone Dry. The representative came over that same day. First, the representative was apologetic for the situation and was condolent. We were able to walk through the destruction and ServiceMaster Rep was able to make a determination and assure me that his company would be able to handle the job.
