The staff was nice but not really friendly. The receptionist said hi but no smile and looked like she hated her job. The the masseuse was the same. I told her thank you she says " uhuh". I was thinking are u serious lady. I asked her to rub my shoulder a little longer in one spot and she just ignored me and moved on!!!!!
I made an appointment with Danielle for 11:00 am Tuesday online and confirmed by text and email. I found a note from the Salon Monday afternoon under my door of my apartment at Mulligan Park saying the appointment was at 10:30. As a practicing attorney, I had scheduled a client conference from 10:00 10:30 Tuesday so I typed a note and put it under the salon's door promising to be there for the 11:00 appointment as scheduled. I actually typed up how I wanted my hair cut. Danielle never apologized for the screw up note. She didn't thin out my thick hair or layer it like it needed to be. May not be the fanciest place around, but they do the best job. I have tried several if the newer fancy nail salons in the area and went back to Angie and Tim. They do a much better job and it lasts longer. Very nice people, massaging chairs and an excellent pedicure!
