I'm a new customer who was referred by the local company I bought my carpet from (which was not cheap). I don't know the first thing about carpets except that it was definitely time to clean mine. My wife was sweet about it, but I could tell she was very unhappy. The owner of the company, Robert, came out within An hour and cleaned it so well you can’t even tell there was a spill.
