I recently purchased a home with the help of Mr. Tim, the builder, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My realtor, Sarah Eden, and broker, Johanna Dorset, were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. The team at Premier made everything smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Tim — he’s truly exceptional. Always available when I had questions or wasn’t sure what to do, Tim went above and beyond. His craftsmanship is outstanding, and the home he built is absolutely beautiful, and the location is A1, just minutes away from Costco, Walmart, Publix, CMX,…etc. I highly recommend buying a home with Premier, and if you get the chance to work with Tim, you’re in great hands.
We had a great experience with Lindsey, our realtor, and Josh, our superintendent. Lindsey was always responsive to any question I asked and Josh did an amazing job staying on top of things so there were very few concerns. We felt the communication was always open and Josh was very informative during our walk through before closing.
