Dr. Hall, Dr. Bell and their staff are amazing here! They took my cat in around the time of COVID when most vets were limiting service. Not only does their compassion shine through their work, but they truly treat their furry and feathered friends and their owners as family. The care they provide is exceptional, and the costs are always reasonable and explained thoroughly. I've never experienced issues with getting an appointment. They even sent a card to celebrate my husband and I getting married. Totally unexpected; completely heart warming. I love y’all at Novey!!

I have been incredibly impressed and happy with the team of doctors and staff at Novey. They are very knowledgeable, kind, and truly have your pet’s best interests at heart. I take my pets here for acupuncture or occasional wellness visits, and they’ve been wonderful to work with each and every time. I’d highly recommend Novey to anyone looking for a dedicated medical team for their pets!
