I've had a great experience with Northwood, from emergency visits to routine care. The doctors at Northwood are curious and caring, very helpful traits in getting to the bottom of a pet's condition. I bring my pup Sasha here and she has seen Dr. Baumgartner, Dr. Smith, and Dr. Brumfield who are all very kind and knowledgable. Dr. Baumgartner has gone above and beyond, following up with me after Sash'a emergency visit to inquire about her progress and provide additional advice. What a wonderful and caring place this is. We brought our dog Gunner in on a Saturday for an emergency and the care and response of the Doctor and staff was amazing. We felt tremendous care and a calmness to our emergency and above and beyond in keeping us up to date. Unfortunately he passed the next day but the love and compassion to our family during this difficult time went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Thank you to both Dr Brown's and staff. We will never forget you.

Dr. Brown and team took the time to address all questions I had for my English Bulldog’s nausea and treated him like he was their dog ??? The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful?
