So, the actual services I received in-person (back in November) were excellent; I was very happy with my locs, as well as the beyond fair price point. Mocha is a credit to her profession, she 100% knows what she’s doing.
Unfortunately, a few months later, upon booking another interlocking appointment, I woke up sick the morning of the appt. and had to cancel (as I didn’t know if it was covid or not & didn’t want to take the risk of infecting others). My first appointment with Mocha and Jazz was a great experience. Jazz did my micro retighten both ladies were very polite and professional and I absolutely loved my hair when she was done. I recommend this studio to anyone who needs a REAL loctician.
Her reputation doesn’t do her justice. She is phenomenal in every way. Her professionalism is astounding. She doesn’t make you feel like a client she makes you feel like family from the first entrance in her salon. The safe haven I think a lot of us didn’t know we needed. This boss deserves more than reviews, but her own flowers.Services: Dreadlocks
