The staff were very nice and the nurse practitioner made me feel comfortable with my nerves. I was in for my appointment on time which is always a must in my book! This is my first time ever using laser hair removal so I was a bit nervous about what to expect but the nurse walked me through what she was doing and did her best to minimize any discomfort (which was extremely minimal). I am excited to see my results after the next few months of treatment.
