I used Integrated Pest Management for a WDO at the coast and they did a great job! Paul was very responsive and also noted other things that the general inspectors missed. They were thorough and efficient!

I have worked with IPM a couple times, for my rental properties. They have always performed professionally and with fair and honest prices. I recall one specific instance when IPM did a WDO for a rental property I was selling. We were on a strict time crunch. Once the evidence of WDOs was found and pointed out by IPM, the Buyer felt very comfortable moving forward, and with IPM's detailed map of areas that needed to be tended to, I was able to quickly hire a company to remedy the issues. IPM has helped me out of jams several times :) I trust IPM and will work with them again in the future.Service: Home inspection
