The staff were extremely helpful and personable; have worked there for many years which is a testimony to the quality of the company. They explained that it is a family operated business. Great prices and selection.
Excellent customer service with a smile. Listened to want we wanted and shows us exactly the color and style. The carpet needed to have edging seaming and the person that contacted that work ended up in the hospital. We were contacted about the delay and notified when it was complete. We new he had another edging job before ours so the delay was understandable. The workmanship and color used for the edging was excellent.The other thing I noticed was how they dealt with other customers while we were in the store. Dave was professional and at the same time friendly like he had know you a long time. We will be back for the rest of our flooring needs and have already recommended... read full review
