The booking process and service itself were great and affordable. However, there was an attempt to steal my credit card info from an employee of this business. I created a one-time use card to pay for their service and a couple of weeks later a transaction was attempted on that same card. The service tech did not have a card reader on-site and had to call in the card number. So, based on my experience, I could recommend their service, but either pay in cash or a one-time use card like mine. A late night unexpected flooding of multiple rooms the day after Christmas was not on my holiday to do list, but thankfully I reached out to Extreme Carpet Cleaning-who actually do SO much more! I’ve talked to Ms.Teddi before as I arranged carpet cleaning, but on this night she was my angel. Near 11 in the evening she arranged for Bryson and Zach to come out after a full day of work. They were polite-and explained everything that they were doing. Ms. Teddi communicated with them throughout the experience-and was so caring towards what I was experiencing. Worked for Stanley steemer for years so I know what to expect, tech did a good job cleaning, was nice, efficient, and on time, only thing I could say as a critique is they didn’t use nearly enough pet enzyme the first time or didn’t let it sit to do it’s job but nothing that bad. Would still recommend
