Delta Management Review You really need to like the people you are working with when undertaking a project as long and involved as our bathroom renovation. We ended up not just liking all of the people in the Delta Management team -which in our case was Stacy Bell, her father John Bell and the amazing Melissa, who made up the last of the Delta triumvirate--but loving them. And, as we repeatedly told the three of them, we liked every single person they brought into our house to work on our new bathroom--the carpenters, the electricians, the plumbers, the tilers, the plasterers, the finishers-- people who have been working with Delta Management for decades. DMC built an outdoor all-weather room for us and we love it! Stacy, John, and MJ were fantastic. Patient with my changes, responsive to my preferences, timely, and great communicators. We couldn't be happier!
They did a great job! Work was done in a timely manner (wood rot repair, house painting, and gutter installation.) They even did some debris removal work that is outside their normal scope of business but it helped me from having to shop around. Overall, I am very satisfied and will work with them again.Service: Exterior painting
