Highly recommend! Being new to Tallahassee my husband and I went to a "recommended " salon. Needless to say $400 later and huge disappointment we did not book another appointment. I was back on the hunt for a new salon and came across Tanya at Cut to a T and was very happy I did. She is such a beautiful soul and treats her clients with lots of care and attention. Her prices are unbeatable and the quality of service she provides is amazing.Services: Hair coloring
