“The booking process and service itself were great and affordable. However, there was an attempt to steal my credit card info from an employee of this business. I created a one-time use card to pay for their service and a couple of weeks later a transaction was attempted on that same card. The service tech did not have a card reader on-site and had to call in the card number. So, based on my experience, I could recommend their service, but either pay in cash or a one-time use card like mine. NOTE: I reported this to the office manager and owner and they both were very polite and apologetic (as a previous business owner and supervisor I know how frustrating a bad employee can be), but in this day and age you should have business processes in place to avoid this kind of thing. UPDATE: In less than 24 hours the office manager followed up with me to notify me of the steps they had taken, which were very thorough, including going through a compliance check with their credit card processor. Knowing they are taking the issue seriously, I feel safer hiring them again in the future. (updated rating based on their follow-through)“
