I took my Hoover WindTunnel vacuum to be repaired because a sock got trapped inside and caused it to start overheating. My vacuum is back running like new, and he replaced my switch which was stuck on “On.” I was in and out in 15 minutes and the customer service was great. He was kind, helpful, and honest. ??

This is my second time using Capital City vacuums. Eddy is the Wizard of Oz for vacuum repairs. His repair service was faster than an oil change. He immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it within minutes. Thank you Eddy for providing service above expectation even if I'm an Eagles fan!

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable owner! Partner and I bought a vacuum with the only preference being that it would pick up a lot of dust (due to an extreme dust allergy). Owner was fast in his recommendations and referred us to a previously owned Miele, as he thought it would be great for dust, which it is! I felt very comfortable knowing he wasn't a pushy salesman who wanted to sell us the most expensive vacuum without even listening to us. He also let us try out the vacuum before we purchased. Cannot recommend this place enough.
