After extensive research on options in our area my son began training at Burke’s Academy in January 2023. The first free class got him excited and Master Burke helped me surprise him with his uniform for Christmas. Master Burke is a highly competent instructor. It shows that he takes pride in training competent and respectful martial artists. He expects great effort from all students but is also incredibly patient with the kids and is great at keeping them engaged and motivated. My 12 yr old son takes classes here and it is top notch. You earn your belts with hard work and devotion not just how fast you can advance a belt with out putting work in.Master Burke is a wonderful trainer with Kids and adults,they have Female and Male Black belt teachers.Clean and professional.Great place!

I'm one of the students here and this is hands down the best martial arts school in Tallahassee, Sensei Burke is really cool, so are the other instructors,I would highly recommended for all ages, not a mcdojo that's for sure.
