I can't say enough about Sarah and Jay! They came immediately when I called in a panic because I heard something in the walls. They did a thorough inspection, inside and out. They came back two days later just to follow up and make sure we didn't have access points. Jay even located points where we needed to do some work because it may cause bees in the future! This group is so professional and takes their time to listen!
I was having a terrible problem with racoons and possums coming into my yard at night and ransacking my bird feeders. It got to the point where I had to bring all of them (and I have about a dozen of them) at night and then hang them all up again in the morning. As you van imagine, this was very time consuming. So I had heard about Black Thumb and decided to hire them for a month. They were very efficient and cooperative and did a wonderful job. They trapped lots of critters and took them to a safe place and released them. About the end of the third week, the traps remained empty. so I gradually left a few of the feeders out at night. And I can truthfully say, I have not seen a critter come into our yard since. (knock on wood)
Had a great experience with Black Thumb Services. They took care of a raccoon problem and were great to work with.
