Ryan was perfect. Called us when he was on his way. My son was home for his appointment. He called after his repair to inform me what was performed. I would definitely use Big Bend again.

I filed a claim with my extended warranty company to have my oven fixed. I filed 10/07/2024 at around 10 am. By 11 Ryan was at my house. After getting the part my Oven was fixed by 3pm. Super job and he was amazing!

We were extremely pleased with the services Ryan Hill provided in repairing our washing machine. We were pleasantly surprised when he contacted us to inform us he had a cancellation and could come out within the hour. We would have had to wait for approximately 3 days to get the repair work completed. Additionally, he showed us the part that was causing the problem and had it fixed in record time.
