If you're looking for a top notch appliance repair service, look no further. Ryan came out quickly (right on time) and diagnosed a problem with my refrigerator within about 2.5 minutes. He didn't even charge for the first time trip for the diagnosis. Good luck with that with GE, etc. He said that the needed electronic part would be slow coming (+ 2 weeks). But, that as soon as it arrived he'd take care of the fix. About 3 weeks later the part came in and he came out quickly to make the repair. Opps, mis- diagnosed. Then it was another highly uncommon part that was possibly the issue. He came out the very next day and replaced the main circuit board. Huhh... read full review

Called for repair on washing machine, had called several but he was the first and only response. He arrived on schedule, went right to work and had my machine working in less than 30 mins to an hour. Washing clothes as I write and will definitely keep him on my call list.

This is the second time Ryan at Big Bend Appliance has come to the rescue. The first time was when my fairy new, under service contract dishwasher continued to have problems. The appliance store I purchased from kept sending out a repair man who just could not seem to find the source of the problem. I demanded a new service company and they sent Big Bend Appliance. In a short time, Ryan had found the problem, ordered the part and returned to complete the repair. Fast forward 10 years without an issue when suddenly the dishwasher started having problems again.
