My A/C was blowing warm and so my husband called West End and Gian came out the same day. We needed a follow up visit a few days later, but Gian did a great job at addressing my concerns. He talked me through the repairs done, the service warranties the company provides and helped me get the best price for my service. I really appreciated his customer service and professionalism. A/C started blowing warm and called West End Air Conditioning as I’ve been a loyal customer of thier plumbing services over the years. Receptionist coordinated same-day service and techs arrived 40 mins later. We had a capacitor issue and it was fixed swiftly, professionally and with zero debris left behind. Price was very competitive and results were excellent. Having your A/C back up and running within 90 minutes of a failure is about as good as you can get.
