I started training with Brandon a few years back to lead a more active and healthier lifestyle and thus far have seen improvements in my stamina and weight loss journey. Brandon is the BEST of the BEST! He is not just a personal trainer! Brandon is a true fitness guru. He is well educated in the body’s physiology and mechanics, he knows nutrition, he gets it all! I have scoliosis and the only thing that helps is Brandon’s expertise and workouts. He rehabs my back like nothing else can by strengthening my core! He works on it after my workout and makes sure I know what to do at home as far as rolling it and recommends various stretches. He trains my brother who is hooked too! I have been training with Brandon for the last six years (2x a week) with great results. He is much more than a personal trainer. He is dedicated to his clients and brings his expertise in exercise physiology, nutrition and injury rehab to every workout. His facility is state of the art and has all the latest and greatest equipment.
