“I've been a patient at Miami Urgent Care and Family Practice for a few years, and my most recent visit was the first one since the pandemic began. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the appointment was. I only waited about five minutes before being taken to my room to meet with the PA. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and they made sure to verify my insurance would cover the pap smear, so I wouldn't incur any additional costs. The nurse and PA were both attentive, compassionate, and made me feel genuinely cared for.“
