The prior owners had so work done to the roof before we moved in. When we had a leak 8 months later near where the repairs where done, Tip Top came out practically the next day and fixed it without any additional costs. It says a lot about a company when they stand by their work and honor their warranties.

Tip Top Roofing is the epitamy of a true professional. I had them come out today. At this point this is where their honesty shined. They could have easily made it appear that I needed work done and charged me money. But that is not what happened. Turns out my roof was fine. The foam on the AC freon line was missing in the garage attic. So when condensation formed on the line it driped onto the ceiling. Thank you Lon Nelson. You are a true gentleman. Thank you Tip Top Roofing.
