Bill and his son Steven were a breath of fresh air (no pun intended!) when we dealt with two separate copper pipe pin hole leak incidents in our Miramar home, one in December of 2021 and another in May of this year. This was our first experience with this issue and working with Bill and Steven brought calm and order to an otherwise very stressful situation. Both are extremely knowledgeable and have years of experience dealing with water and mold mitigation and remediation; they walked us through every step of the process and took care of everything so we did not have to worry. After 4 companies came to my house to check on a mold issue, Terramar Restoration was the only company that knew exactly what was wrong within minutes — identified the source of the problem and provided me with a plan of action on how to fix the problem. I currently reside in Maryland and this is a rental property in Weston (FL). Did I tell you that Bill ( the owner) was able to take care of everything for me without me being there in person. And guess what, he did a phenomenal job!
