Dr. Joseph is amazing! She takes her time to examine you and explains thoroughly everything every step of the way. She is great at answering any questions you have and gives referrals and recommendations when you need it. The staff is also phenomenal and take their time with you and helping you order what you need. They explain any doubts or questions you have about insurance coverage, etc. I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years and have always felt taken care of. They treat you like family. I highly recommend this location.
I met Dr Joseph at a pop up clinic at American Express. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained very thoroughly the reasons why my eyes were giving me problems. Going forward I will continue to go to Dr Jospeh for my eye care needs. Everyone on her staff were very helpful and accommodating.
I've been going to Dr. Shannon for the past few years and she is the best!!! Super nice and will point you in the right direction for glasses and contacts. I hope she stays at the target optical store forever!
