We would like to recommend Protocool HVAC. We replaced two separate air conditioning units in our home. Protocool went above and beyond including some unforeseen additional work. Tech was professional. Every detail of the service was explained in advance and every detail was completed to my satisfaction. The evaporation coil that was leaking had been installed only 7 months and was still under warranty both for the part and the labor. When I contacted the company the day after service, they said that the part had been ordered and it would be a couple of days before delivery. I called back each day and was told that it was ordered from out-of state and it would be a week for delivery.
