My kids got me a membership here for 2 months, what an amazing experience. Robert, Justin and Adrian are awesome coaches; they know what they’re doing. The program is solid and I enjoy my time there. They gave me a program and confidence I can continue with on my own. The cost was my reason to stop now, but I will return when given the opportunity (or my family gets me another couple months). Thank you again.

This is not just a gym. It’s a family of people (mostly professionals ,solid grown-ups) who motivate each other a to get stronger and better each and every day. I have been a member since March and I can tell you One Fitness has been instrumental to both my mental and physical fitness! I am stronger than I have ever been ( and I have joined every gym out there) and this gym makes me want to show up. The trainers are amazing, each with their own speciality! I am not sharing my favorite trainer because I don’t you guys filling up my class.. lol! For Thanksgiving I got to take my entire family and show off the work that we do.
